When will my redemption product will be ready for collection?

After you have placed a redemption order, you will receive a confirmation email with all collection details. Please ensure that your mailing address and contact number is correct and the products will be mailed the address that you provided within 30 working days. Kindly ensure that the mailing address provided can receive postages from courier services.

May I cancel/change my redemption?

You cannot cancel/change your redemption once you have checked out from your gift cart.
