Reward points earned may be redeemed only via the website for the items available in the “Rewards Catalogue”.  All redeemed items will be delivered to member’s address registered in the account. If the redeemed items are not delivered successfully, a self-collection has to be made at an appointed SingPost outlet.

The redeemed items will be sent to the member’s address as indicated in the account within 14 working days. All items for redemption are available while stocks last.
